Alhamdulillah dah 16 tahun my young lady ni :-D...it reminds me of her birth at Guys Hospital in London Bridge back in 1993. It was a chilly morning in Ramadhan al Mubarak. A mixed feeling of becoming a mom at distant away from family (of course my dear husband was around!). I did not know what to expect in labour $-) (though read quite a lot about it). However, with the full support of my housemate (Kak Lin aka Ummu Iman - wife to Dr Dzulkifly aka Abu Iman - now MP Kuala Selangor), I bravely went through the labour without much problem (takkan nak simpan dalam perut!!!!).
Both of them were very fabulous, I could vividly recall their concern and commitment in looking after us, young parents ... Abu Iman was about to have his VIVA for his PhD but attentively spent his time outside the labour room reciting surah Yaasin and other surahs. We were very grateful for them for picking us up from hospital and cooked 'pantang' food before they went back to Malaysia for good .
Now she has grown up! :bounce: and me getting older :-D ...by the way, her dad uses to say, she's just like you (me!) .... fussy, bossy, what else ... :lol_crash:
happy birthday from us and may Allah always shower you with His blessings :-D
thank you for the tiramisu, sushi and breakfast, all are yummies :-P
